PRODUCTIVITY MEASUREMENT IN MANUFACTURING PLANT WITH DATA ENVELOPMENT ANALYSIS

In this study measurement of production productivity has been performed. Productivity is very important for plants. Measurement of production productivity has been made by the using Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA). Study consist of three sections. In the first section, productivity has been described theoretically. The definition, historical development and importance of productivity have been mentioned. This section contains quality management and lean manufacturing, which are related to productivity. In the second section, productivity measurement approaches and models have been mentioned. Also Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) and methods used in the Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) have been mentioned. In the third section, production factory have been mentioned. Also collection and evaluation data of plant, application and application' s results of production factory are included.
