Analysis and Classification of Rights in theField of Amnesty Authorization: The People Who were Ordered to Die of Prophet Muhammad in the Conquest of Mecca

In the Siyar resources, it is reported that the Hz. Prophet has made a decision about the death of some people during the conquest of Mecca. There is noalliance on thesource of who these people are. The number of names on the list varies by one, six, eight, nine and twelve. There are two types of crimes committed for those people. The first one, the guilty is the guilt of insultandenmity to Hz. Prophet, and these cond is the guilt of apostasy (change of religion). It is argued that people who have been named in the accounts are taken to the death list due to the set woaccusations. The preliminaryaim of legal analysis and religious evaluations is humanity and Islam in which way it reflects the truth in context provisions of the narrations. In the study, the narrations have been classified according to sources, and then then arrations about the subjects have been analyzed from the legal point of view
