Knowledge community is a community which uses knowledge as main source of fortune and wealth. Knowledge community is formed by human mind and creativity. In order to be effective in knowledge community, instead of being an information center, schools should be the organizations which contain knowledge workers. Knowledge workers draw new and useful conclusions from ideas and symbols. Gifted people can draw very different conclusions from available sources they have. They can analyze events in depth from different point of views. Knowledge community needs people who can draw the most different and useful conclusion within the shortest time, and also who can make difference. It is a known fact that stereotypic and common knowledge annoys gifted people. Because of this, gifted person should experience the process of producing different elements with simple materials available. That’s why project-based learning is a very important learning type for this kind of people. Solving mixed intellectual problems, working in a group, offer different solutions to problems that they face, giving a product as a result of their working process, raising persons who are lifelong learner, self-rule, and who can solve problem are among the aims of the project-based learning. Depending on these aims, content changes. Instead of course book based learning, getting the low down and moving to different sources are needed
