Relationship among the Perceived Organizational Support, Organizational Identification and the Turnover Intention of Teachers: Mediating Role of the Organizational TrustKeywords: ?rgütsel destek,?zde?le?me,güven,i?ten ayr?lma niyeti Abstract: Perceived organizational support is based on the theory of social change and according to the theory workers reflect positive behaviors and positive attitudes towards their organizations when they receive support from their organizations. Teachers also increase their organizational trust and organizational identities when they receive organizational support from their schools, and their intention to leave work is reduced. These variables are considered important for the school's purposes and success. This study was conducted to determine the relationship among the organizational support and identification perceived by teachers and the intention to leave work; then to determine the mediating role of organizational trust in this relationship. Through the research, a model was established by theoretical framework and the hypotheses related to the model were tested. The study group of the study covers197 teachers employed in state high schools in Giresun, Bulancak district in 2016-2017 academic year. Relations among variables were tested by a correlation analysis and structural equality model. The results show that; there is a positive correlation among the perceived organizational support, trust and identification of the teachers; negative correlation with the intention to leave work. The organizational support teachers perceive; organizational trusts and organizational identifications in the positive direction while affecting their intent to leave the work in the negative direction. The organizational trust of teachers has an intermediary role among the perceived organizational support and the organizational identification, as well as the perceived organizational support and the intention to leave the work. It is envisaged that the research will contribute to the researchers and educational administrators to understand the organizational behavior of the teachers in the school better
