Investigation of Relationship between School Leaders' Leadership Stylesand Teachers' Positive Psychological Capital LevelsKeywords: Okul Y?neticisi,??retmen,Pozitif Psikolojik Sermaye,Liderlik Stili Abstract: In this study, aimed to examine the relationship between the leadership styles of the school administrators and the positive psychological capital of the teachers. The research designed in a quantitative research method, and used Relational Search Design in the study. The sample of the research is composed of teachers selected by random sample method among the teachers working in Erzincan province in 2016-2017 academic year. We collected the data of the study using “The School Managers' Leadership Stylesand Positive Psychological Capital Scale. Thedata were examined normality and showed a normal distribution and a homogeneous distribution. Correlationan dregression analysis were performed on the arithmetic mean and frequency values of the data obtained from the study. We have the conclusion from this search that the positive psychological capital of the teachers is high, teachers view the school administrators as the leader of the transformational leader, the transformationist leadership style has a meaningful effect on teachers 'positive psychological capital and that the transformationist leadershipstyle is a significant predictor of teachers' positive psychological capital levels
