Rental Social Housing: A New Method in Turkey For Solution Of Housing Problems

The housing problem of the poor in our country ise increasing constantly due to; income inequality, population growth and rapid urbanization processes. Social housing applications sold by the Housing Development Administration (TOKI) is insufficient to solve this problem. Mass Housing Administration will change the method of housing against the poor's housing problems. Therefore, the issue of the article was chosen as rental social housing. In this context, rental social housing policies in the Netherlands, Austria, England and China have been examined. It has been tried to explain with legislation and statistics that approaches to rental social housing, physical conditions of rental social housing, conditions for benefiting from rental social housing and financing of rental social housing.
