Social Security Law Regulations For Providing Business Family Life Balance

The participation of women in working life is often confronted with the obstacles of traditional patterns and shapes. It can be said that gender inequality constitutes an obstacle for women to participate in working life. In order to ensure the participation of women in the working life, both legal regulations and social regulations are tried to be fulfilled. This study investigates the gender values that play a major role in the participation of women in the work life. In addition, women's participation rate in Turkey working life, unemployment levels, registered and unregistered status, opinion on the level of employment of women in working life and women's work and attitudes of individuals are evaluated based on Tü？K data.
