The Meaning of “Imagination” in ？zmirli ？smail Haqqi

In his work of Felsefe Dersleri, ？zmirli ？smail Hakk？ (Haqq？) considers subject of logic as in two parts: Tasawwurat (concept of idea) and tasdiqat (assent). Before he starts about chapter of tasawwurat, he reveals what tasawwur means and shows differences from some other terms. He doesn’t examine tasavvur as vocable. According to ？zmirli, vocable is verbalization of tasawwur. It’s also very different than “imagination, image”. He takes the meaning of tasawwur and it’s difference from other words that mentioned above on his work, ？lm-i Mant？k and Mi’yaru-l Ulum
