Confiscation of Property of the Apostate: The Syrian Revolution as a ModelKeywords: Mürtet,Mülkiyet,El Koyma,?slam,Suriye Abstract: The inviolability of Muslim property is one of the greatest inviolabilities that Islamic religion has established and warned against and always paired it with the inviolability of the blood. But one of the most things that make some dare proclaiming over a Muslims money is by accusing him of apostasy by which they get the right of proclaiming his property. This phenomenon was one of the most disastrous that have been observed during the Syrian revolution and which happen to be acted by extremists. So, in this paper we will discuss the confiscation of the property of those who have been judged to have committed apostasy. And we won't discuss the terms or judgments of apostasy since it has its own regulations but discuss the judgment of confiscation of money if we granted that his apostasy is true. So, those are the questions that this article tried to answer: what is the fate of the money and properties? And what could be done with the money that has been confiscated? Also, who has the right to confiscate the money and property? And what are the criticisms of those armed parties that have done this in Syria
