THE CHANGE IN SAHIBEYN ABU YUSUF AND MUHAMMAD’S IJTIHADS RELATED TO JUDGEMENT (REASONS- RESOURCES– ANALYSIS)

The change in jurisprudence is realistic on one hand, and on the other hand, it is necessary. The change in Islamic Jurisprudence (fiqh) is taken up during the Prophet’s life by the term of naskh. However, in the eras that followed the Prophet's time in particular the era of companions and followers, that change took place as a result of the difference in place and circumstances of governance (hukm) or advisory opinion (fatwa), and because of the difference in advisory opinion and hukm there appeared "change the opinion of al-mujtahids". In the beginning part of the article, I studied the fact of ruju' as "the change in the opinion of a mujtehid about a subject that he commanded before".
