The Relationship of Psychological Contract Breach and Emotional Labor: A Research on the Health Sector

The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between psychological contract breach and emotional labor behavior. In this context, the research was carried out on 118 people working in the Emergency Health Services Sitations in Bandirma, Erdek and Marmara districts of Bal？kesir. The psychological contract breach perceptions and emotional labor behaviors of employees is measured through the questionnaire method. The datas were analyzed by frequency analysis, reliability analysis, normality test, correlation and regression analysis methods. The results indicate that psychological contract breach perception does not significantly affect emotional labor and surface acting, deep acting and genuine emotions sub-dimensions of emotional labor.
