HITTITES: AN ADMINISTRATIVE SUN RISING FROM BO？AZK？Y

It is remarkable that the researchers in the field of administrative sciences or disciplines are not able to fully distinguish themselves from the historical codes of the administration. In addition, they have been increasingly inclined to focus on the traces of the past in the recent period. This growing interest in the administration of the history or the history of administration usually arises from two causes. The first one grounds on the emphasis that administration tradition or practice is more robust and rooted. The second is the view that historical codes of the societies that have passed through similar historical stages and have lived in the same geographies have a wealth that can serve as a reference for understanding the present of these societies. It is obvious that historical-based administrative research offers an enriched field of study. This field is untouched and interesting, especially for ancient societies. In this sense, this study is based on the fact that today's administrative reality cannot be independent of the historical accumulation that constructs, shapes and develops it. From this point of view, the administrative approach of the Hittite society was examined as one of the ancient civilizations of Anatolia.
