Role of Transformational Leadership Style in Organizational Citizenship behavior "A Field Study on the Employees of Islamic Banks in Oman"

Where the results of the data collected through interviews and field study of the research society represented by staff in Islamic banks - the subject of the study - in the Sultanate of Oman estimated at 90 employees, showed that the level of employee perception of the transformational leadership style was averaged at an average of 3.47, The employees in these banks of the organizational citizenship behaviors and the middle degree with an average of 3.66, and the results showed that there are some fundamental differences in the perception of the staff of the transformational leadership style and organizational citizenship behaviors by demographic variables, The existence of a significant effect on transformational elements (charismatic leadership, motivation and motivation, attention to individual feelings, creative encouragement) in the dimensions of organizational citizenship behaviors as a dependent variabl
