THE EFFECT OF ORGANIZATIONAL TRUST ON MOTIVATION: AN APPLICATION ON PUBLIC HOSPITALS IN ERZURUM

The purpose of this study is to measure the effect of organizational trust on motivation. This study was applied to 178 nurses working in Erzurum Paland？ken State Hospital, Erzurum Regional Training and Research Hospital and Erzurum Yakutiye Research Hospitals. It is seen that there is a positive relationship between organizational trust and motivation in the result of the study and positively affecting the sub dimensions of motivation and motivation of sub dimensions of this variable. Confidence in managerial trust in sub-dimensions of organizational trust was found to be higher in the degree of motivation of individuals than in other variables.
