PROTECT？ON CONCEPT IN LAND MANAGEMENT AND LACK OF DATA ON PROTECTED AREA OF TENURE

Land is a country's treasure. A real treasure of a country is the most efficient usage of its own soil in both rural and urban areas so that adoption of an effective way of land management is necessary. In order for land management in our country to reach the dynamic patterns, it necessitates not only the the creation of the grading map but also the possession of soils (rural, urban, natural, cultural protected area, environmental factors) within the borders of our country. In Turkey, a country which has carried out most of the annual cadaster, the uncertainty in protected areas continues still. Maybe this uncertainty can affect possible second and third cadasters or land reforms. Suggestions and solutions are must to prevent this
