Kaliforniya Solucan?,Gonad Abstract: Paracentrotus lividus is one of the more than 1000 known sea-urchin species which spreads in our country especially on the Mediterranean coast. P. lividus which is a member of Echinoidea is used in different scientific studies and its gonads consumption as a food is quite common. In this study P.lividus gonad extract’s effect of rejenaration at the model organizm on body level has been observed. Extracts of nine different concentrations (20%, 30%, 40%, 50%, 60%, 70%, 80% and 90%) which obtained as a mixture of distilled water and 100% concentration which obtained just with the oppression of gonads. the extracts have been applied on the wounds of Eisenia foetida (Red Wiggler Worm) and its effects have been observed. The healing periods that obtained as a result of the extract application on the groups formed as a data set. It has evaluated that whether or not the groups have difference and to observe which groups are similar or different from the other groups, it has carried out a multiple comparison test. The worms which the extract has not been aplied, healed up in a very long time. However the worms which the extract has been applied, healed up in a very short time when it is compared with the worms which the extract has not been aplied. Depending on the different concentrations, the period of worms’ healing period varies. The extract which has 40% concentration applied on the first group and results show that the group has the longest healing period. The extract which has 70% concentration applied on the group and the results show that this group is the most successful when it is compared with the other tested groups because of the shortest healing period. The extract which has 80% and 90% concentrations applied on the groups and these groups have close results with the group which has 70% concentration but they are not as effective as that group. As the result of our study P. lividus gonad ectract is effective on the rejeneration of the E. foetida individuals at the body level
