Investigating Classroom Teachers' Creativity Fostering BehaviorsKeywords: Yarat?c?l?k,??retmen Davran??lar?,Yarat?c?l??? Destekleme,Yarat?c? ??retmen,S?n?f ??retmeni Abstract: The purpose of the research is to examine the creativity-fostering behaviors of classroom teachers. The sample of the research in the survey model is composed of 80 class teachers who are working in Kahramanmaras province. The data of the research were collected using the "Teacher Information Form" and the "Creativity Fostering Teacher Index Scale" developed by Soh (2000) and adapted to Turkish by Dikici (2013). In the analysis of the data, statistical methods such as independent samples T test, Mann Whitney U test and Kruskal Wallis H test were used in addition to arithmetic mean and standard deviation. As a result of the research, there was no significant difference between classroom teachers participating in the research in the research process, high levels of creativity fostering behaviors in the classroom teaching activities, teachers' creativity fostering behaviors and marital status, gender, education status, grade level and education technology usage frequency
