Investigation of White Code Knowledge Levels of Health WorkersKeywords: Beyaz Kod,Sa?l?k ?al??anlar?,?iddet Abstract: The aim of this study was to investigate the white code knowledge levels of health workers. Within the scope of the research, people who work in different health institutions were contacted by e-mail and the questionnaire forms were completed through a web-based survey program. 211 health personnel participated in the study. The questionnaire form was consisted of 12 questions created by the researchers. SPSS 22 statistical program was used in the evaluation of data. Of the participants, 54% (n=114) were female, 40.3% (n=85) were in the 36-45 age group, 64% (n=135) were married, 31.3% (n=66) were health technicians, 53.6% (n=113) were university graduates, 72% (n=152) had a professional job experience of over 11 years. 88.2% (n = 186) were knew that white code call is given in case of violence, 91.5% (n = 193) were knew 1111 call number.It was found that 52.1% (n = 110) were received white code training, 75.4% (n = 159) were thought an effective the system, 19.4% (n= 41) were called to white code, 47.6% (n= 20) of the callers had witnessed violence. 1/5 of the participants were exposed to violence or were in a violent environment. The white code knowledge of the health workers is at a good level
