The mortality rate of these tumors is low due to the high success rate of treatment that can be applied in the early stage. We aimed to share the general characteristics and results of the patients who underwent surgery with suspicion of testicular tumor and discuss them with the literature. Methods: We evaluated 75 patients who underwent radical ingunal orchiectomy due to testsite mass between January 2013 and November 2018 retrospectively with their pathologies and treatments and discussed with the degree of conformity to the literature. Results: The mean age of the patients was 33-±4,1 years and the most common reason was the mass and swelling of the testis. In the post-treatment pathologies germ cell tumors and non-germ cell tumors were similar rate. Two of the 3 patients with yolk sac tumor were over 20 years old. A partial orchiectomy was performed to one patient with bilateral testicular mass. Conclusion: Although the results of postoperative surgery due to mass in the testis are in accordance with the general literature, it was interesting that post-pubertal rare pathological yolk sac tumor was present in two patients in the 20s
