The Effects of Orientation Training on The Organizational Cynicism and Organizational Commitment at Organizations: An Application At Aydin Organized Industrial ZoneKeywords: ?rgütsel Ba?l?l?k,Oryantasyon E?itimi,?rgütsel Sinizm Abstract: In this study, it is aimed to surmount the duration of orientation more rapidly, minimise the production loss of the employee and decrease the employee turnover rate of the company. In consequence of applied orientation training the variance of organizational commitment and organizational cynicism level of the employee were investigated. In this regard face to face survey method was applied at a manufacturing company in organized industrial site in Aydin. With the obtained data at the end of application it was tried to be determined opinions about orientation training activity, organizational commitment and organizational cynicism level of the employees according to their demographics attributes by using T-Test and ANOVA Test. The relation between orientation training and organizational commitment and organizational cynicism was investigated by using correlation analysis
