How Does Entrepreneurship Education Given At Universities Affect The Entrepreneurial Personality Traits? An Experimental Research

Entrepreneurship gas a great importance in terms of country’s economy. In addition to this, entrepreneurship plays a key role in terms of reducing the effects of unemployment that is important problem for all countries. It is a fact that all personality traits as well as entrepreneurship also will be affected by education. In this context, universities that is provided higher education have a vital function in terms of teaching entrepreneurship to young people. In this study; entrepreneurship education given at universities the extent to which affects entrepreneurial personality (Self-Confidence, Innovation, Achievement Need, Focus of Control, Taking Risks, Tolerance to Uncertainty) traits was analysed using pre-test post-test technique that the one of Quasi-Experimetal Design. Findings demonstrate that entrepreneurship education has a significant effect on the “Self-Confidence, Innovation, Achievement Need, Focus of Control, Taking Risks” dimensions
