The Effect of Corporate Social Responsibility and Innovation Performance on Organizational CommitmentKeywords: Kurumsal Sosyal Sorumluluk (KSS),?novasyon Performans?,?rgütsel Ba?l?l?k Abstract: The purpose of this research is to determine the effects of corporate social responsibility and innovation performance perception on organizational commitment. In line with this aim, a total of 224 employees of two agricultural drug producers and sellers operating in Konya province were surveyed. In order to determine the level of CSR perception, “CSR Scale” was used by receiving B?cakc? (2009)'s doctoral dissertation, for inovation performance of the organizations “Inovation Performance Scale” was used by receiving Kul (2010)’s master dissertation and for the level of employees' perception on organizational commitment “Organizational Scale” was used by receiving Da?c? (2017)’s master dissertation. When the data were analyzed by using SPSS program, validity and reliability analyzes for all scales were performed and also, correlation and regression analyzes were performed to measure the relationship and effect level between variables. As a result of the research, it has been seen that CSR and innovation performance have an effect on organizational commitment
