EXAMINATION of STUDIES in HEALTH INSTITUTIONS on the BEHAVIOR of the GLASS CEILING FACED by the WOMEN in TURKEY

In addition to social life, equality between women and men is one of the requirements of our age. The proportion of women employed and employed by senior positions at the level of development is often directly proportional. Women are not only individuals who maintain their existence among themselves in social life, but also senior executives of important companies with thousands of employees, and those who take decisions on behalf of these companies and sign successful works. However, it is a known fact that at times it is subject to discrimination due to the sexes and career progression is interrupted. This is an important problem both for companies and organizations and a problem in terms of women's participation in and support of business life.These discriminatory attitudes that women are exposed to in the literature are expressed as glass ceiling syndrome. In this study, the world of the work done in public health institutions located in Turkey seen as a problem related to the glass ceiling syndrome aimed to investigate in a systematic way. Then analyzed in a systematic way these studies were taken into consideration, the results relating to the perspective of women in working life in Turkey is evaluated
