THE OPINIONS OF MOLLA KHAL？L AL-SIIRDI ABOUT SUNNAH/ HADITH

Molla Khal？le s-Siird？, who was one of the most important figures of the Eastern Madrasahs, has written many works on different fields of Islamic sciences. These works are in great demand in the madrasa circles. Although the interest to Hadith sicience is not shown enoughly in the madrasa circles today, Molla Khal？l’s detached book in Hadith Methodology and what he explained in Sunnah chapter of his book about the Methodology of Fiqh clearly show his qualification in Hadith. In this article, Molla Khal？l's understanding of Sunnah/Hadith will be discussed and evaluated within the framework of his book about Methodology of Fiqh
