Abstract:

In this study, the Bolshevik Revolution triggered by the First World War and the political developments in the Caucasus and its reflections on the Turkish-Georgian relations were emphasized. After the Soviet Revolution, the Caucasus left Russia, and the Maveriya Caucasus Commissariat, composed of Georgian, Azeri and Armenians, was formed in the region. Since the fourth article of the Brest-Litovsk Peace Treaty was directly related to the Ottoman Empire, the territories that Russia acquired, including Elviye-i Selase, were regulated.
