Just in time (JIT) is a system which aim stoprevent waste, provides an efficient production by eliminating unnecessary and non-valuable creations on the production line and making production without storage.The aim of thisstudy is toresearchtheknowledgelevel of 5 star hotels and holiday villages active in Antalya region, about JIT system and determining advantages by applying JIT system or reasons of not using JIT system.
