The sample group in the research consists of 292 supervisors who work in Ayd?n, ?anakkale, ?orum, Eski?ehir, Gaziantep, Malatya, Mersin provinces in 2012-2013 academic year. Survey method was used in the study. The data was gathered via the scale “guidance and training willingness of supervisors” which was developed by A?ao?lu (1999). 292 scale was delivered and 227 of them was returned and analyzed. In all statistical analysis, the significant level was accepted as .05. In the case of normal and/or homogenous distribution of the data parametric tests such as t-test and ANOVA were used. At the end of data analysis it is observed that supervisors stated their guidance role in the level of (x? = 4.189) “necessary” and there was no significant difference among demographic variables related to the opinions of the participants. The training willingness of the participants related to guidance role is stated on the level of (x? = 4.025) “I am willing to”. These two findings were similar. There were no significant differences among demographic variables such as age, experience, educational status, branches, managerial background in the opinions of the participants. There were statistically significant differences according to participants in- service training background. According to results, if participants’ in-service training experiences high, their willingness for new trainings is low
