INVESTIGATION OF HAPPINESS LEVELS OF TEACHER CANDIDATES ACCORDING TO THE SUBJECT QUALIFICATIONSKeywords: mutluluk,?znel iyi olu?,??retmen adaylar? Abstract: In this study, it was aimed to examine the happiness levels of prospective teachers according to various variables. The research model is a descriptive survey model. The study was applied to 439 university students studying in various departments of a state university in Central Anatolia during the 2018-2019 academic year. 338 (77%) of the participants were female and 101 (23%) were male. “Oxford Happiness Scale” was used to collect the research data. T-test and one-way ANOVA were used for data analysis. Results: At the end of t test; happiness scale scores; gender does not differ significantly according to the variable. According to the results of one-way analysis of variance, no significant difference was found between the Oxford Happiness Scale scores and the number of siblings; There is a significant difference between family income level and perceived parental attitude variables. The findings were discussed in the light of the literature
