The Effect of Fiber Type and Ratio on Physical and Mechanical Properties of Fiber Reinforced Polymer Composite MaterialsKeywords: Bisfenol-A Epoksi Vinilester,Lif Türü,Lif Oran? Abstract: In this study, the effect of the types and rations of fiber on the properties of polymer-fiber composite was investigated. The polypropylene, glass, carbon and steel were used as the phase material in the production of polymer concrete. The polymer-fiber composite was prepared using Bisphenol-A epoxy vinylester types of resin and the phase materials at the five different rations (0%-3%-6%-9%-12%). The reaction temperature test, Schmidt surface hardness, ultrasonic pulse velocity, flexural and compressive strength tests were performed on the prepared mixtures and samples. According to the experimental results, the properties examined vary according to the type and proportion of fibers. It has been proposed that the fibers (polymer-fiber composite) should be used for increasing the bending strength
