Model Proposal of Theoric-Practical Class (TEOPS) System for Law Education

Law is shaped according to the needs of the society and develops to meet these needs. Legal training has to adjust to this change. While the Western European countries revised legal education according to these developments and needs, enough studies hasn't been done in this area in Turkey. In this study, it is tried to give information about legal training and teaching methods based on different countries. After this, within the scope of the project, foreseen legal training was adapted to a group and the results were evaluated
