Human Capital in terms of women's labor force Turkey-EU Countries Comparison

Human capital are called to their expenses for personal development to improve people's knowledge. Today, brainpower, has the most important place in production resources. Knowledge economy, information society and high value-added goods "brain" and "information" depends on the source. The education that people take to improve themselves gives them new knowledge. Knowledge means the addition of the increase in human capital. Gender discrimination is one of the issues that are studied with importance. In developed societies, labor has turned into a production factor based on knowledge power. Human capital has also eliminate the comparison of physical force people. Knowledge is power also allows men and women to take part in employment on equal terms. In today's societies, the place of women has changed. The importance and number of women in the production of high value-added goods, in the management of senior management and in other production areas are increasing day by day.
