EFFECTS TO THE PROFESSIONAL ATT？TUDE OF FATIGUE FEELS OF AN？MATORS'

In this study, the ways in which the fatigue feelings of the working people (Animator) affecting their attitudes towards the profession were investigated in the tourism sector, entertainment and activities departments. Research in the summer of 2017, questionnaire forms were sent online to 107 people who were animators in 6 (six) different (4-5 star) hotels in Antalya and Bodrum regions. The data collection tool consists of three (3) part questionnaire forms. In the first section, the questions related to the demographic characteristics were used while in the second section, “Checklist Individual Strength Questionnaire” (CIS) was used that was adapted to Turkish by Ergin (2009) after developed by Beurskens (2000). Also in the third part were used “Occupational Attitude Scale” used developed by üstüner in 2006. The results of the analyzes showed that participants had a direct effect on their attitudes towards subjective fatigue levels (p <0.01). There was also a negative correlation between fatigue and occupational attitude (r = - 452)
