ANALYSIS OF CELLO, PIANO, VIOLIN, VIOLA AND FLUTE SHEET MUSIC BOOKS PUBLISHED IN TURKEY

In this research, it is aimed to determine cello, piano, violin, viola and flute sheet music books published in Turkey between the years of 2000-2018. Marking tag and content analyses of books defined accordingly were carried out. In accordance with the aim of the research, determination and analysis of cello, piano, violin, viola and flute music books published in Turkey have importance in terms of being a resource of which researchers and trainers can take advantage. Marking tag information and content analyses of the books were indicated in the tables and the results were interpreted. The research is a descriptive study which was conducted as survey model. The books analysed were evaluated in three categories including method, album and technical workbooks. In accordance with the analyses carried out in the research, music books were found. In line with the results, it was determined that piano music books were the highest and flute music books were the lowest of the music books in number. In the research, it was advised for researchers and trainers to increase the number of music books and to produce qualified studies
