Forgery In Modern Records And A Guide Proposal That Can Be Used For Determining Fake Documents For Informaion And Records Managers

In this study, the review of forgery in modern documents and evaluates fake records in terms of information and records management, transfused to be able to have a document quality to keep in order to be a record in TPC No. 5237, the records is examined under two headings as the types of records, intrinsic (intellectually) and the extrinsic (physical) elements of the documents that are important in terms of the identification of the records and the forgery records. In addition, a historical point of view was taken to forgery the concept of forgery and to better understand the subject. The forgery methods applied on the records are mentioned and the concepts of reliability, reality, authenticity and originality which are very important in determining the authenticity of the records are emphasized. In the context of this research, a guide proposal has been presented in the study both in domestic and abroad literature, since there is no guide that can be used to identify fake records for information and records managers. It is thought that the the created guide will guide the identification of fake records for information and records managers. In addition, it will develop and progress cumulatively as the main starting point for other works in this area; It is considered that it will shed interdisciplinary studies with other sciences related to document forgery
