The American College Interview of the Vakit Newspaper about the Enterprise to Politics adventure of Turkish Women in 1919

When looking to the history of women, Turkish women are forefront in terms of life style. Because Turkish women have found their place in all kinds of social and cultural activities. Especially Central Asian culture, Seljuk and Ottoman periods are examples of this. But the entry of the Turkish woman into politics is extended until after the Republic. In this study, the granting political rights to women is discussed with the views of teachers from the American College in Ottoman Turkey, in October 1919
