BEE PRODUCT and APITHERAPY

Natural products have been used for health protection and treatment of diseases for thousands of years. Ancient civilizations such as China, Indian, North American Indians, Egypt and the Sumerians used natural products against diseases. In recent years, developing drug resistance and side effects that using outside of the procedure and increase of cancer cases has led to the search for alternative solutions in modern medicine. Bee products are among the most important alternative treatment method. There are apitherapy centers which diseases are treated with bee products where China, Russia, Romania and some Eastern European countries. In recent years, apitherapy studies have started in our country. In 2014, with the regulation of traditional and complementary medicine practices, apitherapy courses and centers have been started to establish.
