Determination of Yield and Yield Components and Some Quality Properties of Bread Wheat Varieties in Irrigated Growing ConditionsKeywords: Ekmeklik bu?day, verim, kalite, sulu ko?ullar Abstract: This research was carried out with 14 bread wheat varieties under irrigated conditions during the 2014-2015 growing season according to randomized block design with three replications in Bahri Da?da? International Agricultural Research Institue. Yield, yield components and some quality characteristics were examined. According to the results of the research; Plant height 102-133.50 cm, spike length 8.33-10.45 cm, number of grains per spike 31.80-46.10, grain weight per spike 0.66-1.81 g, grain yield 546.92-981.42 kg/da, thousand kernel weight 34.82-39.98, test weight 75.69-80.26 kg, 11.56-13.10% protein content, Zeleny sedimentation 31-51 ml and grain hardness (PSI) ranged between 42.49-59.93. As a result of the statistical analyzes made, significant differences were found between the varieties. Bozk?r variety has the highest value in terms of plant height, number of grain per spike, grain weight per spike, test weight. The highest value in terms of spike length and thousand grain weight was determined in Demir-2000 variety. While the highest grain yield was determined in Yunus variety, the highest protein content and the highest Zeleny sedimentation value were obtained from Karahan-99 variety and Gün-91 variety respectively
