Thus, the media, defined as “new,” transformed social and cultural structures on the basis of digitality. The emergence of the new media is in parallel with the concept of Non-objectified art. In the understanding of Non-objectified art, the idea of art is more important than its object. the new media technology, also known as digital technology, diverges the expression possibilities of art, and even the sender itself becomes art. While art has new means of expression with new media technologies, transformations are observed to have taken place in units such as artists, audience and art management. The aim of this study is to reveal the possibilities of expression of art in the new media environment. The main problem is how effective new media technology is in shaping contemporary art. The concept of new media, the possibilities provided by the new media as a tool, the harmony of contemporary art with the technology of today, was questioned by the activist street artist Banksy’s Girl with Balloon.
