Transsective Identity Transition in Lesbian Sexual Directions and Clinical Case Study on the Future of the Lesbian Relationship

In this study, a case was analyzed that allows the question of sexual identity, sexual orientation and sexuality. Sexual orientation and gender identity were dealt with during the therapy session with the patient who applied to the clinic due to relational and sexual problems with her virgin lesbian partner and defined herself as a lesbian. The case has been reconfigured to understand the difference in gender identity and to take sexual position. Accordingly, the relationship psychically defined as a lesbian relationship has become psychically transsexual (heterosexual) and has led to the question of the future of the lesbian relationship.
