Manager’s Opinions on the Effect of Teachers’ Values on School StakeholdersKeywords: de?er,??retmen,okul payda??,okul y?neticisi Abstract: Purpose: Values are the basic beliefs that help me to distinguish between right and wrong. Values can not be brought in from nature, but they are learned by living and internalized. The place where the values are first learned is the family, then the place where it is shaped and internalized is the school. The teacher, who is the most important element of education, is very important in getting the correct and useful values of the learners.The purpose of the research is to determine the values that the teacher of the society leader should exemplify in the school and how these values can be transferred effectively to the school stakeholders. It is hoped that this work will be a guide to the transfer of vital values for society to a new generation in a more permanent and effective way. Design & Methodology: The phenomenology design, one of qualitative research methods, was used in the research. The easily accessible case sampling method was used to determine the study group, and the study group consisted of 33 administrators who were studying master's without thesis in Firat University, Institute of Educational Sciences, Department of Educational Administration and who were also working in primary and secondary schools located in the central district of Elazig province. The interview form consisting of three questions prepared by receiving expert opinions was applied to school administrators, and these interview forms were regarded as the basic data source of the research. The "content analysis" method, which is used in the analysis of qualitative researches, was used in the analysis of the data. Findings: The results obtained indicate that the participants see teacher values as having an impact on education and on the value of school stakeholders. In particular, students are adopting teaching as a role model in this regard. The most important values are found as honesty, morality and love. It has been determined that these values can generally be gained by social activities and by showing the value behaviors the teacher has. Implications & Suggestions: Other values in the study findings can be added to the value education. Teacher training faculties may include lectures to improve the value proposition of teacher candidates. All the classes need to be managed with a democratic attitude in order to gain the relevant values
