TRT as Media Diplomacy Actor and Its Sample Activities in The Balkans

The development of traditional media and digital media has also increased global communication, and the media has become an effective actor among states and societies. As a matter of fact, informing, influencing, directing, conducting propaganda activities, manipulating for both national and international public through media are the methods which are implemented in diplomacy. In scope of public diplomacy, media diplomacy has gradually developed; Turkish Radio and Television Association (TRT) expanded its role as global media diplomacy actor of Turkey.
