Communication with the simplest definition; this is the process by which the receiver (audience) decodes the message sent by the source (the sender) via the channel. In order to have interaction, emotions, thoughts and messages conveyed during the communication process should be understandable for both sides. Reducing the factors that hinder communication leads to the strengthening of effective communication. Insecurity, fear of exclusion, criticism, ignorance, prejudice, gender, tradition, culture, language or age are factors that prevent mutual communication in refugee camps. The officers who will perform the communication should listen to the individual without the trial, understand her world, empathize, know her behaviors and make her feel that her ideas are important. Thus, effective communication will be realized in this way. On the other hand, the physical conditions, structure, design, digital technology and location of refugee camps have a significant effect on effective communication. For this reason, in the study, it was discussed which methods of communication should be used to ensure the accurate effective communication in the camps in terms of the security of refugee women
