Folk Law Practices About SoilKeywords: Hukuk,Halk Hukuku,Toprak,Mülkiyet Abstract: Folk law, is an another non –written dimension of the notion of law which we can understand as a strings of rules for establishing social order that all the members of society have to obey. In folklore researches, the practices of folk law, which is examined in the public knowledges branches, is the whole of social agreements that have been practiced, since the earliest periods of social life. As a determinant point of all activities in rural life, public law practices is also felt its presence in savings about soil as one of the main element of folk life. From nutrition to architecture, from mythological practices to religious imagination, soil, which has seen as in the task of as a sacred source in every stage of folk creations, Due to it is the most important source of income for agricultural communities and has been highly regarded on the points of obtaining, operating and transferring and has been constantly in the folk law area. In all agriculture societies, practices based on the soil have been developed in the formation of legal rules, and also the sanctity and importance of the soil has showed itself at the point of setting social rules, and both economic and legal infrastructure has been established. Anatolian area is in a structure that commitment to soil in the context of living conidtions is greatly felt. The soil, which is given a special importance in the Turkish nation on the holiness of the dormitory concept, has been see as one of the main factors that should be protected in this respect and determine the social structure as indexed to itself. In this study, practices about to soil in folk law, which compiled through participatory and unattended observations, interviews and social media groups from various regions of the Anatolian region, will be classify and evaluate in the scope of, property-inheritance law, commodity-trade law and debts law
