EXAMINATION OF JOB SATISFACTION OF WOMEN ENTREPRENEURS: THE CASE OF YALOVA

For women entrepreneurs who are actively involved in business life, the concept of job satisfaction acquired from the work of women entrepreneurs who have become an indispensable element of life has gained importance. In this study, it is aimed to determine the demographic characteristics of women who are active as entrepreneurs in Yalova and to examine their job satisfaction in terms of determined demographic characteristics. The sample of the study consists of 167 women who operate as entrepreneurs in the province of Yalova. The questionnaire applied to the participants in the study was first subjected to factor analysis after the reliability test (Cronbach's Alpha: 0.879). "Kruskal Wallis-H" to determine whether job satisfaction scores differ according to demographic characteristics and "Mann Whitney U" tests to determine the source of difference were applied.
