How the writer benefits from the tributaries of human literature? An applied study on International and Arabic Literature

Abstract:

The researchers and literary critics have identified the author's tributaries from which they formulate their human literature in several sources, three of which are the personal experience, historical experiences, and mythological experiences. When an author writes his or her poetry or otherwise, he or she resorts to several sources to take from them what he needs to form his literature. One of these sources is the personal experience that the writer may be himself or one of his environment. Second: History, which is full of events and fertile experiences that can be reformulated in literary form. Third: myth, which is full of fairy tales that have settled in the folklore of nations and often bears the myth of wisdom and the lesson of the new generations. In this research, we will address these three sources, on which the researchers focused in details, and this paper will apply them to Arab and international literature to know how well Arab writers are drawn from those sources stated by the critics, and which sources had the greatest chance of supporting Arabic literature and which our Arab authors neglected
