New Exotic Pufferfish Species; Oceanic Pufferfish Lagocephalus lagocephalus (Linnaeus, 1758) in the Gulf of Antalya

Up to now, six species of the Tetradontidae family have been reported in the Gulf of Antalya. These species are Lagocephalus spadiceus, Lagocephalus suezensis, Lagocephalus sceleratus, Torquigener flavimaculosus, Sphoeroides pachygaster, Tylerius spinosissimus. Apart from these species, on 09.01.2018 a different kind of pufferfish was caught by a bottom long line at a depth of 160 m on the Gazipa？a coast of Gulf of Antalya and this fish was identified as oceanic puffer fish Lagocephalus lagocephalus (Linnaeus, 1758)
