Problems Determination of Teachers’ Who Exposed to Mandatory Replacement

The overall objective of this research is to determine the problems experienced by the displaced teachers as a result of an investigation. This research is a qualitative work. Data is obtained by interviews. Snowball effect sampling is used in this research which is the general approach. Workgroup for this research is based on the teachers who got relocated via an investigation to the areas Sancaktepe, Kartal Pendik, üsküdar, Maltepe, ümraniye and Kad？k？y. Within these subjects, 9 teachers who got relocated in 2008 or later are picked via the snowball technique. For data farming 2 different forms are used, “Interview Questions Form” and “Personal Information Form”. According to the findings of research, some manager’s approached prejudiced to relocated teachers. But after working with them for a while, reconciliation was concluded. In the process of investigation, inspectors were coming and going to school which led to other teachers to feel fear, anxiety, nervousness, or even anger against teachers undergoing investigation. Even some of the teachers had problems of communicating with students or colleagues. And relocation process negatively affected their social lives. Relocated teachers had experienced no difficulty in joining the professional development activities but had complications in field trips and sentry duties
