THE RELATIONSHIP WITH AGRICULTURAL EXPORT OF EUROPEAN UNION SUPPORT PROGRAM FOR AGRICULTURAL AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT (IPARD): THE CASE OF TURKEY

The IPARD program is the Rural Development component of the Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance (IPA) for the candidate and prospective candidate countries in the Union's membership under the European Union's Common Agricultural Policy.
