THE EFFECTS OF THE SERVICE QUALITY OFFERED WITHIN THE PACKAGE TOUR ON BEHAVIORAL INTENTION: A RESEARCH ON OUTGOING DOMESTIC TOURISTS THAT BOUGHT PACKAGE TOURKeywords: Paket Tur, Hizmet Kalitesi, Davran??sal Niyet, Yap?sal E?itlik Modeli Abstract: The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of outgoing tourists’ quality perceptions of services (transportation, accommodation, food and beverage and guidance) offered within the package tour on behavioral intentions. Survey participants were collected by using survey method from 584 domestic tourists who bought package tours abroad. Structural Equation Model has been used in testing of research hypotheses. The results of the research show that the quality of perception of domestic tourists' accommodation and guidance services has a great influence on their behavioral intentions. While food and beverage services seem to have a very low impact on behavioral intentions, transport services do not have a significant influence on behavioral intention
