DETERMINATION OF FACTORS THAT PROVIDE WORK-LIFE BALANCE FOR WOMEN ACADEMICS: LOGISTIC REGRESSION ANALYSIS

When academics are concerned about the intensive work hours and workload, there is a need for strategies to use the time more effectively. Academic women, regardless of their employment status, continue to undertake most of their housework, child care and different responsibilities. Thus, there are difficulties in establishing work-life balance. The aim of this study is to determine the factors that effect work-life balance for female academics working at three large state universities with the help of logistic regression analysis.
